    Der Bahnhof Amsterdam Centraal wird auf beeindruckende Weise umgestaltet. Zu den auffälligsten Baumaßnahmen zählt der Abriss der alten Eisenbahnbrücke, die durch eine gigantische Stahlkonstruktion ersetzt werden soll. Leon steht vor einer großen Herausforderung, denn er ist als Bauleiter maßgeblich verantwortlich für das Gelingen der aufwendigen Arbeiten. Derweil begleiten die Sicherheitskräfte Carolien and Zoë zwei Migranten ohne Papiere zur Erstaufnahmeeinrichtung für Asylbewerber. Service-Mitarbeiterin Gusta kümmert sich unterdessen im Fundbüro um Reisende, die nach verlorenen Gegenständen suchen.
