In this
episode Lapo arrives in Capraia, a beautiful
island in the Tuscan Archipelago. Rich with volcanic soil Capraia produces some excellent wines, and harvests some unique plants that make rich flavours. Lapo will discover the island with a world champion spier fisherman who uses sustainable fishing methods to serve at his five star restaurant. Will he impress the hardest critiques when they sample his dish or will he fail to impress? As usual he is still trying to win over his Captain.
